Accessing the Multi-cloud setup console, the deployment (api/msc/deployments) is returning the error:
Failed to read the deployments. The deployment service returned an unexpected error.

Lack of privilege to get access or issue with certificates
User needs to be either RootAdmin or DeploymentAdmin to get access.
If the issue persists with the correct privileges, recreate the certificates.
Hi,
is there another way to solve this? I ask because in another Qlik enviroments, we have losen all passwords in production data connections.. or, communication with Qlik NPrinting .

I forgot to comment that this has happened to us when recreating certificates
Hello @david_hg96
The solution of using the correct privileges or recreating certificates for a multi-cloud setup is the only known solution for this specific error. As I am not certain what problem you are running into (exactly the one documented here or a related one) it is difficult to give more accurate advise.
See Qlik Sense - Error "You do not have the privilege to read content" when trying to create Multi Cloud... and "Failed to save the deployment. The deployment service returned an unexpected error" error received ... for related content.
If you need additional assistance, I recommend posting about what you are facing in our Qlik Sense Deployment and Management forum.
All the best,
Sonja
