Force Replicate to use HTTP instead of HTTPS

Instructions:

Modify the ServiceConfiguration.xml file and add make these changes: 

1) Change the port number for the https address from 443 to 0.

2) Add allowUnsafeProtocols="true"  to the node.

3) Restart the UI service.
