Your files are securely stored on our dedicated file server, which is regularly backed up and monitored for unauthorized access.
Please ensure that you only upload files that comply with our data policy and do not contain sensitive personal information unless necessary for the service provided.

Upload files directly from your Support Case
To quickly share files with Qlik Support:
Open your support case
Navigate to the Details tab
Click Upload File
What if I cannot use FileCloud due to security policies or other restrictions?
If FileCloud is unavailable, you can:
Discuss a temporary exception to allow traffic to FileCloud with your network team or security office.
Utilise your own public file-sharing setup, such as OneDrive, to give Qlik Support access to the requested files. The files will need to be available until case closure.
