When transferring or uploading files to Qlik Support, you have a number of options to choose from. Qlik does not typically require live customer data to resolve a support issue - if uploading a file (e.g. QVD, Excel) you are strongly encouraged to remove any personal or other sensitive content from within it prior to upload. Note that files are deleted in compliance with GDPR and data privacy laws.
This is our preferred method. Your Support Case allows you to upload an unlimited number of files, each up to 76MB in size.
You have this option directly inside the Support Case and Case Chatter. See Fig 1 for during case creation and Fig 2 for any later updates.
If the files are larger than 76MB, or access to the Support Portal file upload is blocked, you can request a OneDrive link from your Support representative.
