If Qlik NPrinting fails to install, the first piece to investigate are the installation log files. These log files are stored in the installation user's %TEMP% folder.
Example: C:\users\<installationuser>\Appdata\Local\Temp\
- for the Nprinting Server all Qlik_Nprinting_Server*.log,
- for the Nprinting Engine all Qlik_Nprinting_Engine*.log,
- for the Nprinting Designer Qlik_Nprinting_Designer*.log
- for the NPrinting On-Demand Qlik_NPrinting_<version>_On-Demand_Add-On_*.log
When raising a support case with Qlik Support, make sure to include these files in a zip archive.
