The problem occurs with Qlik Sense tables containing a link pointing to an HTTP address. The link works in Qlik Sense also when the table is exported to Excel.
The problem occurs when the table in imported in an NPrinting HTML or Excel template. When the report is generated, the link points to a local temp local folder or it just shows the column label as simple text. So the correct URL is not reachable.

Resolution
The problem will be completely fixed in NPrinting May 2022 SR3 and higher releases.
Affected users can ask for a specific patch that is already available contacting Qlik Support team. The patch is based on NPrinting May 2022 SR2. We recommend these users to upgrade to SR3 as soon as it is available. The upgrade will not require any preliminary steps and can be performed as any normal ones.
The fix brought some changes in the usage of the hyperlink to notice:
- The table/column/cell tag %%Link_Column%% must be directly added to the HTML reports. NPrinting automatically recognizes the hyperlinks and place them in the tags. Already existing HTML tags (i.e. <a href="%%Link_Column%%">label</a>) must be replaced with NPrinting tags in the reports.
- The "keep source formats" option can be enabled or disabled. This hasn't any effects on the hyperlinks.
Cause
The problem is due to a defect that has been fixed.
