On Demand inaccessible with attached error - uncaught type error: Cannot read property 'lang' of und

Description

Upgrade NPrinting server to Feb 2019 Initial Release and can no longer access on-demand reports from dashboards via the QlikView Access Point. Error  "uncaught type error, Cannot read property 'lang' of undefined" is discovered with investigating with F12 tools in IE or Chrome Developer Tools.

Resolution

UPDATE: Issue is resolved by upgrading to the April 2019 and later versions of NPrinting Upgrade to a supported version of QlikView to ensure this issue is resolved ie: QlikView 12.4 Track and later versions This issue is confined to NPrinting On Demand with QlikView customers and does not affect Qlik Sense On Demand extension users
