Along with the following error in the application reload log:

Error: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.

Resolution

This error is frequently caused by Qlik being unable to establish a connection to the SQL server, such as due to network connectivity issues or server unavailability.

For further troubleshooting, refer to your network and database administrator to troubleshoot the SQL source server.

Cause

These errors mean that Qlik cannot connect with the source SQL server because of an environmental issue, or the SQL server is not available.
