Resolution

This indicates the app contains problematic app objects which cannot be exported.

To begin identifying these objects, run the App Performance Evaluation to get insights on the affected application.

These Insights consist of:

  1. App metadata.
  2. Performance of the app
  3. Recommendations about which public sheets and objects to focus on when optimizing performance.
  4. Comparing Performance evaluations

From the app evaluation results, identify problematic app objects that may contain the following errors/warnings, which need to be addressed by the app developer:

A warning occurred during the evaluation

WARN-OUT-OF-MEMORY

failed to run evaluation

object has unsatisfied calculation condition

Cause and Suggestions

  • A chart with a large amount of data and a significant number of dimensions (with Calculated dimensions).
  • AttributeExpression calculations. A quick test is to remove the AttributeExpressions initially.
  • Measures without aggregation method. Measure calculations without aggregation can be resource-intensive and may be better suited as dimensions instead.
  • Utilize "Always one selected" where applicable.
  • When the computation behind a chart exceeds the engine limit, the error "Memory limit reached" will eventually appear, causing timeouts and resulting in download errors (Something went wrong. Please try again.).
