Qlik Data Gateway is installed and displayed correctly as connected in Qlik Cloud, however data connectors are failing when testing the connection.

For further troubleshooting, review the local Qlik Data Gateway logs in: C:\Program Files\Qlik\ConnectorAgent\data\logs
Example error:
[ERROR] connector-agent - System.IO.IOException: Failed to bind to address http://127.0.0.1:5000: address already in use.
Resolution
The Qlik Data Gateway service uses port 5000.
If Port 5000 is blocked or otherwise already occupied by another 3rd party appliction, the connections will fail.
Unblock the port or uninstall/reconfigure other applications using port 5000.
