Qlik Enterprise Manager disconnects from Qlik Replicate and fails to monitor

Qlik Enterprise Manager (QEM) fails to monitor Qlik Replicate. 

The following issues can be observed:

  • Disconnect of the Qlik Replicate Server 
  • Message that the Qlik Replicate Server is not monitoring
  • The underlying connection was closed
  • Status changes from Monitored to Error to Monitored
  • Server Connection Loss

Possible error messages:

  • The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server.
  • Failed to get monitoring data for server: Replicate_server_name. Message:'The operation has timed out'
  • Failed to get tasks from server 'Replicate_server_name' : The operation has timed out

Resolution

This is a known issue and Qlik is actively working on a patch. Please review the release notes for QB-26321 and QB-27571 for updates.

is there a fix identified for this issue. We are seeing this errors in our environment where replicate state changes from Monitored to ERROR and with in 10 secs changes back to Monitored.

Also if possible can you pls share link to QB-26321 and QB-27571
