Qlik Replicate and Qlik Enterprise Manager: How to identify who made transformations on a table

It may be necessary to identify who made changes to a particular table.

Example: A transform change was done on a  task with CDC enabled. What user has initiated the change?

Resolution:

This is not possible directly out of Qlik Replicate but can be achieved with the Qlik Enterprise Manager.

User information is not captured in the Audit table for CDC in Qlik Replicate, but running an audit trail report from Qlik Enterprise Manager at or around the time or day of the transformation will reveal the user ID.

Review the audit trail for puttablemanipulation

Hello Team, I have a question on the above. I am aware of the audit trail on the QEM and we are using it, but in our report I dont see any info under columns: Error message/Server/Task/Endpoint/Notification etc..

I am not getting any result after Action result column, is there a way we can enable that info? Please provide us some guidance. Screen shot attached for reference.
