When trying to add seats to an existing Qlik Sense Business subscription, the following error message is displayed:
Oops! Something went wrong.
Resolution:
Possible root causes and action items to resolve the issue:
- The billing address is not valid.
Update the billing address.
- No payment method has been set.
Select a payment method.
- The profile setup in our database does not match the currency of the payment.
Report the issue by submitting a case (How to create a case) for further internal troubleshooting to have the account setup and currency corrected.
- The credit card name does not match with the Sold To contact set for this subscription.
