Qlik is aware that notifications to the Qlik Sense Client Managed mobile app and the Qlik Sense SaaS mobile app may not be working for mobile app users at this time.
Resolution
For Qlik Sense SaaS, mobile push notification has been resolved as of Nov. 15th, 2024.
For Qlik Sense Client Managed, corrective action is underway. As an interim step, mobile app users are encouraged to update their notification settings to receive email notifications while the issue persists.
To receive email notifications for the Qlik Sense Mobile SaaS app, you can enable email notifications in your profile settings and configure an email server:
- Open the Analytics activity center and navigate to Profile settings
- Click Notifications
- Under Alerts, select Email
- Configure an email server in the Settings page
