When promoting from a source to a target environment, the Tasks that are published inside personal workspace are not available for promotion.
Cause
Personal workspaces cannot be promoted. Currently, there can be only one personal environment inside the default environment. There cannot be multiple personal workspaces, so promotion of artifacts of Tasks/Workspaces from personal workspace is not supported.
Resolution
Publish the Tasks in a custom workspace and then leverage that for promotion.
