Task generation fails due to "could not find process with name" error

Problem Description	From TAC, selecting JobConductor, selecting a Task, then clicking Generate fails.
Problem root cause	From TAC, selecting Monitoring > Commandline shows that task generation failed during the build step, and the stacktrace shows the following: Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: could not find process with name : my_job and version : 0.1 This can occur when a project in the commandline-workspace is out of sync with a project in the repository.
Solution or Workaround	Stop CommandLine. Delete the commandline-workspace folder. Restart CommandLine. This forces CommandLine to check out the project again.
