User Management in Qlik Cloud: Qlik Sense Business and Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS

Qlik Sense Business and Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS are two editions of Qlik Sense SaaS solutions that have different user management and licensing features.
The differences between the two editions of Qlik Sense stem from the fact that Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS allows bring-your-own-IdP (BYOIDP) which ties in with a different license and access allocation model.
The licensing, access assignment and IdP configuration distinctions are mentioned under Administering Qlik Sense along with information on how to subscribe and configure either of these two services.

User Management:
Assign tenant admins:
- Go to the Management Console
- Go to Users
- Select the User
- Switch Edit Roles
- Assigned the user the Tenant Admin role.
Note that in Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS, it is important not to remove the account owner's Tenant Admin role. See Known limitation in Qlik Cloud Services: Account Owner should not be removed as tenant admin

On Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS under License > Assigned users, Professional and Analyzer license allocations can be made.
On Qlik Sense Business under User Allocation > Assigned users, Professional license allocations can be made. Analyzer license allocations are available on Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS only.

Adquiri uma assinatura do QSB com 5 alocações e designei 5 usuários, mas quando o 6.º usuário entra na plataforma e vai abrir o aplicativo da a seguinte mensagem: Não é possível acessar o Qlik Sense. Não há uma licença válida. Gostaria de ajuda sobre esse problema.
