Using QVDs in Qlik Cloud

Is it possible to use and create QVD files in Qlik Cloud?

In Qlik Cloud, are we able to see a QVD's contents without loading it into a table like we can do with desktop applications like QEye or EasyQlik QViewer? I see the following...

But I do not see the actual QVD contents.
