We have managed to create the agent and connect it to co-pilot, but it seems to be struggling to read the data directly from Qlik when having a chat and asking a questions.
The account created for the agent is a user and has been added to the relevant groups and given direct access to our Pragma Qlik dashboard space.
What are we missing as we are so close to setting this up.
