As of now we are query the Knowledge base created via an Assistant.
We have a situation in our company.
I am from Artha data Solutions. Our company has a product called DIP. The DIP product has a lot of manuals in Unstructured Data in the form of docx, pdf and txt files. The DIP Support team has to go through these file every time they get a query and answer the questions. I gave a demo of Qlik Answers. They asked me the following questions.
1. Does Qlik Answers has API based model 2. Can we connect to Qlik Answers via an External User Interface ?
1. We do have a set of APIs that can be used for integration, but 2. We're not supporting anonymous access to Assistants (yet). So a personal API key would be used to make API calls, which likely will introduce issues on tracking/reviewing questions/answers.
