Sheet shown as a blank page

Hi,

I'm on my initial steps with Qlik Sense on my windows machine.

I've logged-in to the QMC and hub, opened an app and loaded the data- but when I try to go over to the sheet- it shows me a blank page.

did you see anything in monitoring apps? 

looks like the opened dashboard, neither there are no sheets, nor they are disabled for your user ID. 

you have a look the exact error what it says, no sheet found, etc.
