We are currently having an issue scanning new users through QR Code on the new version of Qlik Alerting Mobile : 2.3.3, which returns an errors and does not complete the registration.
Note that our Qlik Alerting platform is on the latest version: Qlik Alerting July 2023 SR2 Version number: 1.7.2. as well.
If we use the version 2.3.2 of the Qlik Alerting mobile alert there is no issue we are able to register the user device.
Can you please see if you have a solution for us as we need to scan to add some customers but eventually cannot.
*For me it might be a bug on the qlik mobile application new version, even the text Scan you QR Code is not well displayed.
Important : We are only using android apps not ios.
