Refresh data of dataset in qlik dashboard

Hi qlik members,

I've made a dashboard using qlik app but I don't know how to update new data to refresh the dashboard. I've been searching on many forums on the internet but can not find the solution. Could you please help me on that issue? Thanks a lot.

check in the QMC the  tasks area for example - "https://localhost/qmc/tasks"
