Comparing values by date

Dear All

how can I compare 2 values by date range for example if in March 2022 there is a value of 1,2,3 or B and to check if a corresponding value exists in the consecutive  month I.e April 2022 if 1,2,3 or B 

if there is a match return TRUE else return FALSE

i would go for setAnalysis and operators
