For summarizing values

all total costs (GESAMTKOSTEN) for the selected project and coarse structuring (GROBGLIEDERUNG) = "Fremd" and fine structuring (FEINGLIEDERUNG) = "Lieferant/extern" and commercial closed Status (KFM_ABGESCHLOSSEN) are summarized  . How do we write expression for this  In (KFM_ABGESCHLOSSEN) field we only have two values Nein and ja . So how we write the expression.

Power query your table/range. You can split the column by delimiter. An advanced option will let you split the column into rows. The delimiter is comma. Trim the blank leading space from History and your pivot table will read 1 Female in CS and 1 Female in History. Even though they are both Stacy, that doesn’t matter because she counts as one for each.
