Get a tenant List

Hi folks,
I’m working in a multi-tenant environment in Qlik Cloud and need to perform a cleanup of the tenants we’ve created.

Is there a way to retrieve a list of all tenants under our subscription using Qlik Cloud APIs or Automations?

Ideally, I’d like to extract details such as tenant name, ID, creation date, and status
