New Webhook > Finished Reload throws error

When trying to migrate the automation trigger from 'App Reload Finished' to 'Finished Reload' as shouted at by the UI, I select the exact same app ID that was in the previous version and I get a "Webhook subscription failed" warning.

Any insights?
