Numeric format while downloading data to excel from Qlik.

Is it possible to give the data a specific cell format when downloading Qlik report data to Excel?  Do we need to do number formatting in table for particular field ? Or is there any other option?

In newer versions of Qlik sense, It is possible to retain cell formating in straight tables. Which Qlik version are you on right now ?
