Good day! My Qlik Sense Desktop application expired yesterday. Has a new unlock file been shared yet, the current one i downloaded today isn't prompting a launch button and will l be able to recover my dashboards? 😕
I can only speak for myself here, but last time my old unlock file expired (a couple of months back), I got a new one from the Download section, albeit not directly after the old one expired. I think it took like 1-2 days until they uploaded the new one. In fact, the current unlock file there has an expiryDate of 04/05/2025, which was yesterday. You can find the expiryDate value (a UNIX timestamp which can be converted to datetime) when looking into the file with a text editor.
