Currently we are using automation to reload apps and the automation is being called via a webhook by an outside application. Now that Qlik Cloud has task dependencies, we would like to convert the automation to reload tasks.
We have a couple of questions
Is there an easy way to find the task id besides including it a dummy task (like we can see in on-prem QMC)
Second, is there a way to just create the task and not have it tied to a schedule? We would like the external scheduler to kick the task off (again, similar to what is in QMC with the enable check)
Hi, about the 2nd: you can set the end date of the task to today, and the hour as a past hour, so the schedule will never execute the task.
About he first, maybe this helps: https://qlik.dev/apis/rest/tasks/
