We have developed an ETL jobs and we are triggering it from the TMC. We are getting an error like "The TCP/IP connection to the host azure database, port 1433 has failed. Error: "connect timed out". We have checked with the Microsoft team and the network team and they did not see any failure or connection drop from their end. This error comes sometimes, after re-triggering the job it will ran successful.
