Error in Qlik Data Transfer

Hi,

I am trying to import on premises data to Qlik Cloud using Qlik Data Transfer.

I have created Qlik Sense application to create QVD from source data and the output QVD will be uploaded to Qlik SaaS.

The same procedure is working in my PC, but i am trying the same in one of my client's Server it is not working.

The screen keep loading no screen is displayed.

The log file shows HTTP 500 Error.

I have attached the log files.

Could ypou please give suggesstions to resolve this issue?
