Technical issues with connecting Qlik Sense to MongoDB

Hi.

I encountered some technical issues while connecting MongoDB with Qlik Sense.

I’m sure that I didn’t input the wrong username, password, or other information, but I’m still unable to connect.

I tested the connection status of MongoDB and it showed as normal. Additionally, I was also able to successfully connect using MongoDB Compass.

I was able to successfully connect on March 8th, but since then I have tried multiple times and have received the same error message.

How can I resolve this issue?

Hi,

  about Mongo DB connection, I inserted an ideation Request | Feedback (qlik.com) to implement a Qlik Cloud Saas connector dedicated for Mongo DB Atlas SQL ( Query with Atlas SQL - MongoDB Atlas ) . This is the standard provided from Mongo DB cloud services for BI tools.
