White page after login

Hello Suport Team

I have this issue this last 3 days

After I login to https://alianxa.us.qlikcloud.com/ and put my user and password, once I click next then it comes out a completely white page (nothing to see)

Please your help on this urgent matter for me I need to present some analysis ASAP.

I have done already and didn't worked:

Login incongnito

delete cookies

Change passwrod

Dont know what else I need to do to get back my instance

 

my user is franco.paganessi@alianxa.com

Hi @fpaganessi,

 

I would recommend using Google Chrome if you are using Internet Explorer. This issue is usually seen in Internet Explorer if it's outdated or browser cache. Also, if you are using an old version of the browser.

 

If the issue still persists, then confirm the browser and its version along with HAR file and I can have a check.

Note: I would suggest to send the HAR file via private message and not here
