I have just upgrade my Qlik Compose version to May 2022 version. When I tried to create a new project while I was creating a data warehouse I am no longer to give a name and automatically it is giving me Data warehouse as a name. However I am able to give names to source databases.
Please advise.
Hello, @dndiaye01 Yes, we used to have this option in an older version which we call as Gen1 (Compose for Data warehouse) . However, we don't have this option in Gen 2 (Qlik Compose). If this is something important to you, please open an FR on our community explaining the reason for having this option. This way project management can evaluate your request and priorities accordingly.
That being said, we have a workaround to rename the database:
You can take the deployment of your project that you want to rename, manually edit the database information in 2 places, and redeploy the project again. If you need help with this, please open a support case and we will walk you thru the steps.
Thanks,
Nanda
