Could you please brief about these two concepts. I saw studied in the userguide , but it was some what confusing.

Designer- The one who with Designer role they can access everything except below things
DO not have the permissions to add Replicate server or Delete.
Do not have the permissions to Edit server connection properties.
Do not have the permissions to apply the license.
Operator-
DO not have the permissions to add Replicate server or Delete.
Do not have the permissions to Edit server connection properties.
Do not have the permissions to apply the license.
Do not have the permissions to edit the task setings, they can only monitor the tasks
Do not have the permissions to edit the "Manage endpoint settings".
Do not have the permissions to import the task(s), they can only export the tasks.
Viewer- They can only do below 2 things
They can Edit column settings in the server list, search for servers, and access the context menu for a specific server.
They can only Monitor the task(s).
Inheritance in QEM typically works in a top-down manner, where configurations defined at higher levels in the hierarchy are inherited by lower levels but can be overridden if specific configurations are set at those lower levels.
