I am trying to create a pivot table in Qlikview as follow

I want to make the Comment column as an input field where end users will be able to come in and put their comments. The comments will be saved and viewed by other users, and can also be extracted into an excel file. Does anyone know if it is possible? If yes, please provide some information. I really appreciate your help.
