Missing Source files in tutorials

Dear, I am very new user of qlikview, I have a book to follow steps of ABC Apparel Inc. But i have missing Data source files, Like Facts.qvd ,

Facts.qvd

Customers.qvd

Products.qvd

SalePersons_Offices.xls

MasterCalendar.txt

Would you please provide these to me, so i can follow the steps in the Book.
