Qlik Learning Subscription

Hi, I am have completed the Business Analyst for New User module on the Qlik Learning Portal. I am now wanting to access the exam for it. However when I select onto it, it says that the exam requires a subscription, I was led to believe my company had a subscription already for me, I may be wrong but was wondering if there was an error within my account?
