The app can't open due to resolution too low

Hel


I am getting error 'the app can't open' while opening QMC inside server (refer the attached screen). This server is having windows 2012 R2. I am able to open it in the other server which is having 2008 R2 OS.


I have found that both servers are having same resolution. 1364*706


Could you please help on this.

What version of QlikView are you running and have you tried another browser?
