Turn timestamp into interval

Hello,

     I am looking to return the interval a time stamp occured in. for example, 00:01:43 08/02/2014 would return as 00:00:00 to 00:30:00 interval.

Hi Dan

I have prepared an application for you, where it creates some timestamps, from these timestamps it isolates the frac (decimal places which show the time), and maps them into time periods...
