Exécutables Nprinting Server & Engine ne répondent pas - Version Mai 2021

Bonjour,

Nous testons la mise en place de Nprinting Mai 2021 sur une Virtual Machine 2016. 

Les exécutables Server et Engine ne répondent pas et donc ne s’exécutent pas.

Les exécutables de février 2021, quant à eux, fonctionnent sur cette même VM.

Avez-vous une idée de la cause de ce problème ?

En complément, pour information, la VM utilisée est une VM Windows 2016 - v2.5 - APPLISPFREF et elle a bien la capacité de stockage nécessaire pour nprinting.

Comme indiqué les exécutables février 2021 fonctionnent mais pas ceux de mai 2021.

Windows 2016 is supported by Qlik NPrinting May 2021 https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/System-requirem... so it should work. We need more details to understand what can be the problem. If you are upgrading from a previous version please read the upgrading chapters on the Help site and the Release Notes of your final version. 

Was you able to install/upgrade both the Server and the Engine? Are the Windows services not starting?
