How to figure out an error?

So I ran a publish task for a group of about 40 users.  I got an error message for one of them.  But it displays nothing useful to determine which user and what the problem was.

Is there a way to determine this?

We are running the latest version of NPrinting.

log file didnt helps you?

I had forgotten all about looking at the log files.  I found exactly what I needed in the scheduler log.
