NPrinting Designer window size issue

I have an issue with the window size in NPrinting Designer. It somehow cuts the right and bottom part of the workspace and it doesn't work using the black squares trying to drag the workspace to a larger size. What have happened and does someone know how I can fix this?

Hi,

You have the monitor zoom level set to a value different than 100%. Setting it to 100% should solve.

I have also noticed that if you have multiple monitors the main monitor should be set to zoom 100%
