Nprinting filters-Can I overwrite an User level filter using Excel import?

Hi all,

I have a list of users that I imported with initial value filter(AgentName= abc).

Now I want to replace the original User level filter with a numeric filter (Agent Id = 123).

When I re-import the user list via excel, it adds the Agent Id filter but does not remove the previous AgentName filter(Does not overwrite the previous filter).

Is there a way to delete the filter that was set during the first import?

Any insights on this are appreciated. Thank you!

Regards,

Sujeet Shirude.

Hi Sujeet,

Yes you can. You need to change the original import filter from this:

to this:

You also need to be on version 17.2.2 or above.
