Qlik Nprinting Not Exporting Excel

Hi,

I have a qlikview application. Through Nprinting we are trying to export/place as an spreadsheet in a shared path. We are able to get the excel file in the desired location but getting only 8 months of data although we haven't used any filters. Pleas help.

In addition to Lucas's comments, it is very possible that you have (but make sure to use QVP connections to ensure you are seeing the most recent QVW data:

  • Check the source QVW document to ensure that it has all the data you need
  • Check if you are using loop and reduce functionality in QlikView to reduce the user documents. Perhaps you are getting exposed to a reduced QVW?
  • Open the source QVW and look for unsupported items. Triggers can be used to implement certain selections. Further check if you have any alternate states and especially for any 'always one selected' list box or multibox properties being used. This too could account for the data set you are seeing.

If you have any of these unsupported items (bullet 3) those will have to be removed. For guidance, see the following article for the full workaround:

Kind regards....

Have you reloaded the Metadata in the Nprinting for this app? Are you connecting to QlikSense App or QlikView app? If it's a QV app are you using local or server connections?

If the issue is solved please mark the answer with Accept as Solution.
