Verify connection produces "Something went wrong with the current operation." error. How to fix this issue?

Hi there,

When creating a Connection in NPrintin and clicking the "Run verification" button it produces a  "Something went wrong with the current operation." error. How to fix this issue?

I entered the proxy address, sense app ID, and Identity values correctly.

The thing I have noticed is it works for a few other connections (connecting to the same Qlik Sense environment) so not sure what the issue is.

Hi,

September 2018 is no more supported so I send you a link related to latest GA https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2021/Content/NPrinting/Troubleshooting/Verify-connecti.... In the page there are some suggestions to solv ethe most common run verification errors.

Start by solving the first on your list because the following ones could be consequences of the first.

Maybe the domain user you specified in the connection has not rights to open the connected app.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
