A Task Was Canceled - Nprinting Designer

Hi,

Can anyone tell why this error coming?

While click and open NPrinting Designer, after some

This could have many reasons:

• The NP source connection is not working. Test by reloading it. Fix the proxy path, sense ID and switch the entity id to use the NP service account.
• The NP engine is down
• NP services not running
• QS services not running

Check that your system is healthy as above.

If no connections are working check the above and resolve Those.

Otherwise, I would suggest that you start a support case with the support desk.
