Adding a pivot table from QlikSense App into NPrinting

Hi Team,

I am using QlikSense Nov 2018 version. There is a pivot table in my QlikSense App which I have to use in NPrinting for building excel reports. I have read in different posts that the only way to create a pivot table in NPrinting is to create it from the QlikSense straight table. Is it not possible to create it from the pivot table directly.

Thanks,

Asma

Yes you can use your QS pivot table in your NPrinting excel report.

You can also create your own pivot table from QS data following the instructions below. (don't worry that it shows QV data...the development process is the same for QV and QS).

Kind regards...

Hi,

You can:

- import the Qlik Sense pivot in the tables node and drag and drop it in the template. Qlik NPrinting will expand it.

- import the Qlik Sense pivot in the images node. It will be rendered as image

- you can create a source straight table and follow one of the tutorial linked by @Frank_S . I suggest to avoid to use Levels because they slow down the report generation time. Using Excel native tables is faster.
