Adjusting horizontal labels on graphs

I want produce a 12 month bar chart graph ... data points from Jan to Dec ... but only show words "Jan"  and "Dec" on the horizontal axis. This provides a cleaner graphic.   Is this possible in NPrint. Also...don't know how to copy a graphic into this message.

short answer is:

yes it is possible.

If you want more information - we  need to know what is the recommended format of your report? Is it PPT,DOC,XLS,PDF, HTML.. etc? What template do you plan to build your NPrinitng report in?

Also are you looking for an option to use for example excel/ppt based charts (native to office package), or build a pixel perfect chart? or maybe use images from Qlik App?

Depending on above there would be multiple different answers to your query.

Also solution depends on what do you link your NPrinitng to? Qlik Sense or QlikView

If it is QlikView  and If you go for images the workaround is quite easy as you can just make all your label values different than Jan and Dec white (or chart background color) so they are still there but invisible.

If it is in Qlik Sense you can create a dummy dimension which would have for coresponding months dummy values like:

Jan ->Jan,

Feb -> Repeat(CHR(160),2),

Mar -> Repeat(CHR(160),3),

Apr-> Repeat(CHR(160),4)

...

Dec -> Dec

CHR(160) is invisible hardspace so it will not apear on the graph as a lable but will still create correct groupings for your coresponding months...

Above is just a tip of an iceberg of how you can achieve what you are asking for
